Graveside services for Billie Louise Hearn Strickland are scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday March 12, 2013 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mineola with Earnest Largent officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Monday evening, March 11th at Lowe Funeral Home. Billie passed away March 8, 2013 in Quitman. She was born January 21, 1934 in Wood County to Sam and Mattie Hall Woods. She worked for many years as an LVN at the Quitman Hospital and lived in Wood County most of her life.

Billie is preceded by her husbands, Richard Strickland and James Hearn. She is survived by her two sons, David Hearn, Mineola, TX and Darrel Hearn, Winnsboro, TX; 1 Daughter-in-law, Kaye Strickland, Idabel, OK; 1 Sister, Margie Williams, Hawkins, TX; 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchldren, several nieces and nephews.
