Friday, January 24, 2014 in the Concord Cemetery, Wood County. Carter is survived by his maternal grandparents Brandy Clayton , Tabatha Clayton and Larry Clayton, Jr., Quitman; Paternal Grandparents Todd and Terri Ladd, Quitman; 7 aunts and uncles, 10 great grandparents.
