Memorial services for Charles Glidewell 54 Quitman are scheduled for 10:00 A. M. Thursday, November 13, 2014, Lowe Funeral Home Chapel Quitman with Brother Fred Morrow and Charles Glidewell, Jr. officiating. There will be no family visitation.

Charles was born June 26, 1960 in Dallas,TX to Robert C. and Glenda Shockley Glidewell and passed away November 9, 2014 in Tyler. He was a self-employed brick mason and a Baptist. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, James L. Barnhardt and Robert Layton Glidewell. Charles is survived by his parents, Bob and Sandy Glidewell, Cartwright and Glenda Graham, Mineola; his wife, Debbie Glidewell, Cartwright; 3 sons, Charles Glidewell, Jr. and wife Lisa, New London, NH, Kevin Glidewell, Quitman, Clayton Glidewell, Mineola; 5 daughters, Jennifer Clanton, Cartwright, Shelbi Glidewell, Greenville, Jana Glidewell, Greenville, Kristina Glidewell, Mineola, Shianna Glidewell, Mineola; 1 brother, Carman Barnhardt, Marlin; 1 sister Rhonda Brooks, Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
