David Lee Davis

David Lee Davis, 65 years old, of Quitman, Texas, passed away on October 12, 2021, in Tyler, Texas.

David was born on August 18, 1956 to parents, James and Shirley Davis, in Mineola, Texas. He lived in Quitman for the last 5 years, and formerly resided in Mineola, Texas
David worked for the Recycle Center for the last 11 years before retiring and enjoying his time in the county. David enjoyed relaxing at home, spending time with his grandkids, and visiting with his family. He will be greatly missed.

He was married to the love of his life, Tina. They celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on day prior to his passing.

David is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Davis and brother Jamie Haut.
David leaves behind his wife, Tina; son, Brian; grandsons, Justiss and Jayce; father, James Davis and wife Helen; brothers, Billy Davis and Chad Haut; sisters, Tammie Davis and Dena Truett, and several nieces and nephews.
