Funeral services for Edward Alaniz, 77, Quitman are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel, Quitman, with the Rev. George Woodall officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery under direction of Lowe Funeral Home, Quitman. Mr. Alaniz died Feb. 1, 2012 in Tyler. He was born August 22, l934 in San Diego, TX.
He is survived by his wife Patsy Alaniz, Quitman; 2 Sons: Raymond Alaniz, Quitman and Eddie Alaniz, Wiley; 2 Daughters: Nancy Workman, Garland and Brenda Weir,Quitman. 1 Brother: Eugenio Alaniz, Mineola; 2 Sisters: Elida Alaniz and Elma Usrey Dallas.
Visitation: 6-8PM, Friday evening Feb. 3rd at the funeral home.
