Jackie Martin

Funeral Services for Jackie Martin are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday, May, 25, 2012,at Lake Fork Baptist Church, Alba, with Reverends Perry Crisp and David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mineola. Jackie was born February 27, 1933 in Ft. Worth, TX to Monzy R. and Magarete Polk Martin. He was retired as Program Manager for E-Systems in Greenville after 40 years. He was a member of the Lake Fork Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Navy.

Jackie and his wife Evelyn move to Wood County in 1993 from Greenville, TX.

He is survived by his wife Elvelyn Martin, Alba, Texas; 2 Sons, Brad Martin, Spring, TX., Mark and Caren Martin, Rowlette, TX and 1 Daughter; Jackie Gayle Martin, Celeste, TX., 5 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Thurs. evening from 6:00-8:00 May 24th at the funeral home.
