John William Phillips,Jr.

John William Phillips Jr. , age 71, died Saturday July 20, 2013 in Alba. He was born November 20, 1941 in Salado, Texas to the late John William Phillips Sr. and Lola Mae Parker.

He was a master plumber and worked for Dallas Plumbing Co over 40 years. John was from Irving and lived in Alba since 2006. John was a member of Terrell Gun Club and Lone Star Corvette Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda Phillips, Alba, two sons, David Phillips of Emory and Paul Phillips of Irving, daughter Billie McCain, Alba, brother, Jack Phillips, Kaufman, sister, Bobbie Hays, Arlington , 6 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
