Wayne’s life was one of hard work and dedication. In July 1983, Wayne married Kathy Caldwell, and together they shared many happy years.
Wayne had a wide range of interests. He was an avid motorcycle rider, enjoyed gambling, and had a passion for traveling across the United States in his motor home. Over the years, he also owned many Corvettes, a symbol of his love for adventure and style. He was a true family man, and his grandchildren lovingly called him “Papa.” He cherished his family and was always there for them, offering support and love in abundance.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the memories of those he touched throughout his life.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents, William Fred and Connie Mae Caldwell; son, Joe Pat Caldwell; grandson Jeffery Grandberry; brother, Herschall Caldwell; and sister, Dixie Mullino.
