Funeral services for Moye Dell Avery 88 Quitman are scheduled for 3:30 P.M. Sunday, March 9, 2014, Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman with Brother Fred Morrow officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mineola. Family will receive friends 2:00 P.M. prior to services time at the funeral home. Moye was born October 6, 1925 in Quitman to John F. and Mattie Lee Jackson Horton and passed away March 6, 2014 in Winnsboro. She was owner of The Home Dress Shop in Quitman before her retirement. She married Troy Avery 1946.

Moye is preceded in death by her husband Troy, 6 brothers and 5 sisters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sally and Will Leake, Quitman and 1 grandson and grand daughter-in-law, Ryan and Aimee Pugh, Melissa, 2 great grandchildren, Preslee, Delilah.
