Roselyn Juanita Turner

Roselyn Juanita Turner, 99, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2024, surrounded by her three daughters. Juanita was born in Houston, Texas to Minnie and Otto Oberpriller. She was a resident of Hawkins, Texas for over forty years.

She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, James (Jim) Vernon Turner and son Michael Shannon Turner. She is survived by daughters Janet Marquis of Austin, Texas; Amy Prindle and husband Mike of Highland Village, Texas; and Brenda Robinson and husband Billy of Junction, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Juanita will be remembered for her infectious smile and her sense of humor. Her true loves were nature, big old oak trees, good food (especially hers), gardening, and the love of her family.

 Interment will be at DFW National Cemetery at a later date.
