Funeral services for Ruby Pearl Dollgener 85 Quitman are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 17, 2014 Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman with Rev. Jay Beerley officiating. Burial will follow in Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Quitman. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Ruby was born June 29, 1929 in Dallas, Texas to Henry J. and Alta Neuroth Smith. She was an office manager for a Steel Manufacturing Company and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Quitman.

Ruby is preceded in death by her husband Arnold Dollgener, Jr. in 2011; 1 son, Tommy Dollgener and 1 sister, Betty Ray. She is survived by 1 son and daughter-in-law Randy and Carol Dollgener, Midlothian, TX; 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Debbie Beerley, Dallas, Janice and Bill Cuthbertson, Cedar Hill, Kim and Ronnie Scott, Galveston; 1 brother, Arvel Smith, Dallas; 1 sister, Wanda Kauffman, Emmaus, PA.; 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
