Scott was born August 22, 1974 in Mineola, Tx. He was an EMT with ETMC-Tyler. He served as youth minister in Wills Point and West and South Texas and worked for the Texas Department of Transportation for 3 years. He is preceded by Maternal Grandmother Juanita West.

Scott is survived by his parents, David and Shirley Reed, Golden, Tx., 2 Sons: Kevin Reed, White Oak, Tx., Kyle Reed, Edgewood, Tx., 1 Brother: Justin Reed, Golden, Tx.
