Willie(Mae) Farmer, 80 of Winnsboro, Texas went to her eternal home on Monday, May 18, 2020.

Referred to as Mae by family and friends she was born on July 24, 1939 in Iola Texas to Fount and Breece (Yeager) Byars. Mae married her late husband, Bobby Farmer on February 25, 1954 in Hunstville, Texas. They were happily married for 56 years until his passing on March 24, 2010.

Mae worked for Christus Mother Frances, Winnsboro, in the Food Service Department for 22 years. She attended the Greenpound Baptist Church in Como, Texas.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Fount and Breece Byars; Husband, Bobby Farmer; Son, Terry Farmer; Brothers, Daniel and Roger Byars; and Sister, Shirley Castellano.

Left to cherish her precious memory are her daughters; Pamela Thompson of Sulphur Springs, TX, Sheila Parris of Quitman,TX, Tammy (husband Johnny) Dennis of Winfield.TX, sons; Russell Farmer of Quitman, TX, John (wife Katherine) Farmer of Winnsboro,TX, Clayton Farmer of Sulphur Springs, TX, Sisters; Pat (husband Les) Phillips of Pasadena, TX, Peggy Bourg of Omaha, NE, her 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
